It is knowing how to use AI repeatedly, how much to trust it, how to fit it into real work and when not to use it.

What teaching keeps teaching me

The same questions come up regardless of the room: how much can I trust this, how do I know when it’s wrong, and where does my own judgement still need to sit?

Good teaching, for me, is less about demonstrating what AI can do and more about building that judgement — so people leave able to use it well on their own, not just impressed by a demo.
